Greetings all, apologies for not blogging for a while, what with launching my new life coaching site www.lifecoachingbyanna.com and doing my bit all in the name of work, I can’t believe where the time has gone!
Firstly, I’m delighted to let you know officially that I have gained another ‘complimentary therapies’ qualification, and as well as a Counsellor and Life Coach, I am also an NLP Practitioner, which is a really effective form of coaching.
Through different specialised techniques I have already help worked clients through confidence issues, work stress, family & parenting issues, anxiety and depression, and eating issues, to name a few. I feel very honoured to be invited into a persons life, often at a time where they feel ‘lost’ or needing guidance, and I take that responsibility to help extremely seriously. Each client gets my absolute focus and attention, and together we’ve had some terrific ‘light bulb’ moments and break throughs. Thankyou to everyone who continues to inspire ME as a coach. If you or someone you know might need a little help or guidance in life, do get in touch via lifecoachingbyanna@gmail.com
I recently hosted the Red Carpet coverage for the annual, star studded, Princes Trust Celebrate Success Awards, for the third year – which was even more incredible than ever.
It’s always an honour to be asked to join HRH The Prince of Wales for one of his charities events, and having been an Ambassador for the Trust for a number of years now, it’s so wonderful to see the amazing achievements these young people have accomplished with the help of HRH’s charity.
Ant and Dec hosted the stage for the 4th year running, and thanks to Simon Cowell (who turned up with girlfriend Lauren Silverman) we had a little help from the X Factor, in the guise of the snazzy set.
Mr Cowell was on fine form and timed his arrival impeccably to clash with HRH’s…it was battle of the Royals (Simon’s TV Royalty status) vs ACTUAL Royalty.
Of course, no matter how hard Mr C tried to hog the red carpet chatting to moi, the future King’s army of security were having none of it – and we were sharply booted into the building to make way.
A cracking day, all worthy winners and a few tears along the way. Thanks to everyone who supports The Princes Trust, and the disadvantaged young people who all deserve a second chance.
I’m enjoying being on ITV’s This Morning talking all things advice – from keeping safe online, to family relationships, I’ve been getting comfy on the famous couch to talk to the viewers alongside presenters Phillip Schofield and Amanda Holden.
I really enjoy my stints on the show and it really does boast one of the loveliest teams in telly, so long may it last!
And finally, I’m gearing up for a massive challenge, all in the name of charity….TV presenter Matt Johnson and I are leading 2 teams in a non-stop 24 hour race up two different mountain ranges – mine the Lake District, and Matt’s Snowdonia on May 15th-17th.
Our aim is top raise a much needed £50k for mental health charity’s Mind helpline. If you’d be super kind to sponsor me, and Team England, a few pounds, we’d all be immensely grateful. We want to ensure that every call to the helpline is answered, and with your help we can. www.mind.org.uk/anna
Thankyou
