Hello my lovelies, ahh finally the cold, wind and rain is a thing of the past and a glimmer of sunshine is starting to thaw the bones, perfect timing as we head into Spring and the first smatterings of Summer.

And with several overseas trips planned the next few months, including a rather exciting work trip to Malta with MTV, its time I upped my working out, finished the last of the Easter Eggs and got my butt into bikini ready gear!

Now, I can’t complain about my dose of travelling in recent weeks, first a superb trip to St Lucia with Sandals Holidays where I braved my fear of deep sea diving, and then I popped off (as you do!) to sunny LA for the annual Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, this year hosted by actor Mark Wahlberg.  A cracker of a week with plenty of slime thrown in…fortunately I managed to stay out of the green goo this year which can’t be said for the plethora of Hollywood A-listers who all took a pasting good and proper.

 

 

And as for the Caribbean….WOW!  Words cannot express just how stunning the island of St Lucia is….so good that Oprah Winfrey has a holiday home there.  Off the back of my Splash! swimming pool diving, I decided to face my ultimate fear of deep sea diving with the help of the fab instructors at Sandals Resorts.  I was most privileged to have the Grand St Lucian hotel’s General Manager, Carl, join me for my inaugural dive, and OMG, its safe to say, I’m addicted.  Floating 30 feet under water gazing at exotic fish and coral, it was like I was in a scene from Finding Nemo.  Thankyou to all the fabulous people at Sandals who really gave us the most amazing holiday ever, Yasmina, Alex, Carl, Jacque, Pam, Tyrell, Nigel, Keitha, Rhonda, Dominic….all of you, thank you so much, we will certainly be back asap!
